Before shipping your items will be thoroughly examined and secured. Every day, we send thousands of packages to customers from all over the world. Note that orders containing multiple items are processed according to the particular item.
Prior to shipment, our team will perform an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and in the same state as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
